Venue Fees & Requirements
- $3000.00 (up to 150 guest) Additional guests are $10.00 each
- $700.00 Cleaning Security Deposit Refundable after walk-through of venue
- 1-Day Binder Insurance Policy Provided by you through an insurance company.
We require half down to reserve your date, which is non-refundable. The 2nd half is due 90 days prior to your event along with the security deposit and insurance binder.

Booking Our Venue
You have the venue the day prior to your event for decorating from
8:00 am – 9:00 pm, the day of the event from 7:00 am – 11:00 pm and
clean-up by 12 noon the following day.
